OFTEL (Now part of OFCOM) have changed the way 0870 and 0871 Non Geographic Numbers are used. Follow this Link to see what these changes are. If you Own and currently use an 0870 or 0871 number, you must make immediate changes.

In the next few weeks we will be changing the way our NGN numbers are supplied and due to changes with BT our Free 0845 number service will cease. A new website is under construction which will be called 0844 Free Numbers. Once this is up and running we will no longer be offering free 0845's. They will now cost £10 per annum However, we now switch our emphasis to 0844 numbers. You may be seen around the country more and more 0844 numbers appearing.

The good news is that for an 0844 number the out-payment to customers is now 1p a minute for the duration of the incoming call. (Previously it was 0.3p a minute) and now it is receivable in any 24 hr period, not just working hours. You can have up to three 0844 numbers for free. The caller still pays the cost of a local call.

Easy To Remember (ETR) Numbers

Some clients prefer to have a more memorable number. Here you can see some examples. To order your ETR number, or find out what sort of number you could get that fits your requirement. Simply get in contact with us by clicking on the heading above. An email is generated (just tell us which number you want, would like to have or ask for more examples) and we'll set it up for you soon after. Normally takes a couple of days. As this is a free service, it is still done manually. However, it can sometimes allow you to exactly tailor a number to your requirements and business.

0845 Changes

All 0845 numbers no longer have any out-payments associated to them from now (see article above). 0845 orders will shortly be charged at £10 per annum each.
Please bear with us through this transition period.

0844 Numbers

0844 Numbers are free and give you more income. Up to 3 totally free. Order as normal through our order form, just select 0844 instead of 0845. That's it!

Please Note:- Any orders for more that three Non Geographic Numbers (0845/0844/0870/0871) will require an AdTracker^TM subscription. The Non Geographic Numbers will still be provided free of charge. However, a call tracking service will be required. Don't worry, if you just want to have one, two or up to four numbers for your business. These are still provided free of all charges and commitment

We can only supply FREE NGN's to numbers that terminate on landlines.
NGN's terminating on VOIP (internet) or Mobile numbers will incur a minimum call charge of £10 + vat a month,
around 11 ppm incoming call charge and a Direct Debit will be required.
